The law promulgated by Royal High Decree No. 13, published in the Official Gazette No. 4 of 5 January 1926, by which the renunciation was received of His Highness King Prince Charles's succession to the Throne and of all the rights, titles and prerogatives which, by virtue of the Constitution and the Royal Statutes, he enjoyed as Crown Prince of Romania and as a Member of the Ruling Family.The Legislature, meeting in a single Assembly and constituted as the National Representation, hereby declares the following

Annuls the law promulgated by Royal High Decree No. 13, published in the Official Gazette No. 4 of 5 January 1926, by which the renunciation was received of His Highness King Prince Charles's succession to the Throne and of all the rights, titles and prerogatives which, by virtue of the Constitution and the Royal Statutes, he enjoyed as Crown Prince of Romania and as a Member of the Ruling Family.

Declares also annulled the law promulgated by Royal High Decree No. 14 of 4 January 1926, by which the National Representative receives the Regency appointed by His Majesty King Ferdinand I.

Consequently, on the basis of Articles 77 and 79 of the Constitution, the National Representation declares that the succession to the Throne of Romania is due by right to His Royal Highness Prince Charles, direct and legitimate descendant, in order of the first bearded son of King Ferdinand I.

Article 1

The Legislative Power, assembled in a single assembly and constituted as a national representation, declares the following annulled:

Law promulgated by the Superior Royal Decree No. 13, published in the Official Gazette No. 4 of January 5, 1926, by which was received the renunciation of His Royal Highness Prince Charles to the succession to the Throne and to all the rights, titles and prerogatives he enjoyed, under the Constitution and the Royal Statutes, as Crown Prince of Romania and as a member of the reigning family.

Also declares annulled the law promulgated by the Superior Royal Decree no. 14 of 4 January 1926, by which the national representative receives the regency appointed by His Majesty King Ferdinand I.

Consequently, on the basis of articles 77 and 79 of the Constitution, the National Representation declares that the succession to the Romanian Throne rightfully belongs to His Royal Highness Prince Charles, direct and legitimate descendant, in the order of the first male son of King Ferdinand I.

Articolul UNICCorpurile legiuitoare, întrunite într'o singura Adunare şi constituite ca Reprezentatiune Naţionala, declara anulată:Legea promulgată prin inaltul decret regal Nr. 13, publicat în Monitorul Oficial Nr. 4 din 5 Ianuarie 1926, prin care s'a primit renunţarea Altetei Sale Regele Principelui Carol la succesiunea Tronului şi la toate drepturile, titlurile şi prerogativele de care, în virtutea Constituţiei şi a Statutelor Regale, se bucura ca Principe Moştenitor al României şi ca Membru al Familiei Domnitoare.Declara, de asemenea, anulată legea promulgată prin inaltul decret regal cu Nr. 14 din 4 Ianuarie 1926, prin care Reprezentanta Naţionala primeşte Regenta numita de Majestatea Sa Regele Ferdinand I.În consecinţa, pe temeiul art. 77 şi 79 din Constituţie, Reprezentatiunea Naţionala constata ca succesiunea Tronului României se cuvine de drept Altetei Sale Regele Principelui Carol, coborator direct şi legitim, în ordine de primogenitura barbateasca a Regelui Ferdinand I.Votat de Reprezentatiunea Naţionala la 8 Iunie 1930.
